Six Scammell pieces include: 6 5/8" rimmed bowl with minor surface scratches in the food well, one 1/2" chip in the rim, visible from the front, and one spider glaze crack near the foot. 6" pancake cover, showing few manufactured glaze dimples in the field, One large chip in the rim extends into the field and is visible in the sky. 3" x 3 1/2" Coffee cup, showing multiple break repairs to the handle. Glaze shows no signs of use inside or out, but several manufactured defects are present, with some blue transfer stains visible as well. 6 1/2" side plate, showing glaze wear and discoloration from stacking, and a small chip in the rim visible from the front. 5 1/4" Fruit bowl with surface scratches in the food well. Rim shows no discoloration, and back has few small blue manufactured defects. 4 3/8" saucer with pristine surface, and no signs of use or stacking. Back shows two small manufactured defects. Two pieces marked Shenango include 1 cream pitcher measuring 4" tall with minor discoloration on the handle. Pitcher shows no signs of use or wear on the rim, and interior is clean and free of scratches, etc. Few small blue manufactured defects are present in the glaze. Side plate measuring 6 3/4", showing minor surface wear in the food well. Glaze on rim is clean and intact, and reverse of plate is clean with a small nick on the foot.
