A pair of 10 1/2" dining car china service plates for the Missouri Pacific Railroad. Includes a plate in the State Flowers design, bottom stamped Syracuse, with a visible crack and discoloration present on the face. The plate shows scratches along the outer borders, some of the state flowers, and the inner pattern around the locomotive. The State Capitols or Diesel Service pattern, bottom marked Syracuse Designed Expressly for Missouri Pacific Lines. The golden borders are mostly intact with one visible chip near Louisiana. Other imperfections are present in the sky above the Illinois Statehouse, and the blue trim surrounding the locomotive. See photos for best description.
