Adams & Westlake switch lamp with fork mount and SANTA FE cast near the bottom edge of the lamp. Lamp also has a tag stamped S41123 on the shoulder. Latest patent date on the maker's tag on the side of the chimney reads Aug. 13, 1907. Frame is in good shape, with small spots of paint loss but no rust, holes or dents beyond the chimney cover. Burner pot and fount are present. The four lenses, two amber and two green, are all in good condition with no chips, cracks or breaks.
