#6350 • 275 Southern Pacific Sunset Limited Photos From the Budd Archive

Part of June 2026 Premier Railroadiana - Day 2 (live auction by Rail & Road Auctions)

High bid $550.00

Status: Sold

Over 275 promotional and builders photos from the Southern Pacific Sunset Limited trainset. These photos were at one time part of the Budd engineering archives. The photos in the group lean heavily to the promotional side with a number of staged shots in the interior of the train in various locations. Some exterior views of the train as well. Two interesting photos are copies of colorized artist renderings of the dining car. The photos have some minor curling, but are generally in good condition.
