Part of June 2026 Premier Railroadiana - Day 2 (live auction by Rail & Road Auctions)

High bid $775.00

Status: Sold

Over 125 promotional and builders photos from the Wabash Bluebird trainset. These photos were at one time part of the Budd engineering archives. The photos in the group lean heavily to the promotional side with a number of staged shots in the interior of the train in various locations. Some exterior views of the train as well. Most of the shots in the group are Diner or Dome Car photos. Three interesting photos are copies of colorized artist renderings of the dining car. The photos have some minor curling, but are generally in good condition.
